1. Nature of the Service

SolarCalculatorIndia.com provides free simulation models, estimates, and informational calculators for residential and commercial rooftop solar feasibility. All estimations regarding system capacity (kW), roof area, benchmark equipment costs, government subsidies, and savings are generated for educational and preliminary planning purposes.

2. No Commercial Warranty / Site Inspection Mandatory

Actual electricity generation depends on weather conditions, seasonal solar irradiance, roof orientation (tilt angle and azimuth), shading from surrounding trees or buildings, and specific inverter efficiency. Actual turnkey project costs and central subsidy disbursements are strictly subject to technical site survey by an empaneled solar installer and formal sanction by your local DISCOM and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).

3. Non-Governmental Entity Notice

SolarCalculatorIndia.com is a private, non-governmental tool. We do not represent, act as an agent for, or disburse government funds on behalf of the Government of India or any state electricity utility. To register for official government subsidy benefits under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, users must apply directly at the official portal: https://pmsuryaghar.gov.in.

4. Intellectual Property

The layout, code, interactive calculator logic, visual designs, and original editorial content on SolarCalculatorIndia.com are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform and protected under copyright laws.
